A priori, there is a UIC number error (575 6, not 575 9). Possible era IVa registration 21 87 570 0 175-3.
The railings and ladders are rather coarse. Details such as buffer handles, and brake handles are very thick. There should not be a step opposite the upright handrails. Apart from the ladders, no inserts (brake linkage, etc.). Compared to LS Models productions, and for a comparable price, it is very inferior and seems of an old design.
Modifications
⌀ 11.4 wheels. Wheels, brake blocks, and buffers painted.

These wagons, built in 1956 by the ANF, are numbered ITto 90000 to 90498, then, with the UIC marking, 21 87 570 0.000-3 to 570 0 498-9 Ts 1.01. After 1980, they become 21 87 575 6 000-x to 575 6 498-x Tms 18.6.
