The connecting rods are upside down! Coarse steps and railings. A tenon of the body broke on the first dismantling. The light passes through the cab (non-joined parts).
The coupling has no articulation, which causes derailment of the machine or of the following wagon in the curves! For their Junior series, Jouef have kept their philosophy of yesteryear: to do the cheapest possible, even if it does not work. If that’s how they’re going to attract young people…

Locomotives built in 48 units from 1951 to 1953 by Compagnie des Forges et Aciéries de la Marine et d’Homécourt. Power 285 kW (Diesel engine 375 kW). Maximum speed: 60 km/h. Mass 53 t.
The C 61027 (ex-030 DA 27) is put into service in June 1951 in Noisy. Successive depots: La Villette (9-67); Sotteville (5-70); Lens (9-81). It is withdrawn in December 1981.
