The R4 was produced from 1961 to 1992. The polished aluminium grille model dates 1967.
Features (1967 model): four cylinder in-line engine, 845 cm³, 23.5 kW (32 hp) SAE. Tyres 135 or 145 SR 13. Top speed 106 km/h approx.

Unpainted model, therefore translucent body. Mirror moulded with the body. Globular inserted headlights, one of which is crooked. The grille is too thin. Rear lights painted.
The wheels and tyres are of a correct size. Pretty innovation: the rear axle is not one piece, giving the suspension, whose arms are figured, much more realism. But, consequently, the wheels get a little skewed. We cannot have everything…
The height of the front door window is 4.7 mm, against 4.2 for Brekina. Who is right? A quick and necessarily rough calculation on a catalogue drawing gives a scale value of 4.6 mm.
