Incomplete tyre on the front right.
The scale is well respected, apart from the too narrow tracks. The grille lacks a black background, and the headlights are missing some silvering.
Modifications
Problem of the incomplete tyre solved by changing the wheels
for painted one-piece plastic Wiking wheels. These slightly larger wheels are closer to the real
thing. In addition, longer axles made it possible to partially rectify the tracks. It is impossible
to do better because the wheels would rub on the wing arches. Result.
History
The Ford Transit (Mark I for the English, Zweite Generation for the Germans) was built from 1965 to 1978.
