Opening hopper trap. The bottom of the grille, tilted inward, was not reproduced by Matchbox.

Scale given in the catalogue: 1/85. According to the table of dimensions, this scale is fairly well respected.

Modifications

Wiking wheels mounted (rear paired) and painted, because entirely grey at the origin. This required milling of the rear wheel arches.

History

The Ford D-series was manufactured in England from 1965 to 1981, when it was replaced with the Ford Cargo.
