Comments

Coaches of Erasmus set including three coaches ref. 74122, era IVb of Germany, i.e. end of seventies.

These coaches have in common a rather mediocre painting, “orange peel”, an equally mediocre pad printing, making sometimes difficult to read the revision dates and other information, and non burnished, very bright wheels. They are sold with no individual box.

Wheel sets: 1.1 mm flanged wheels, back-to-back distance 14.3. Length between tips 24.8.

Avmh coaches are both “straight” roofs. The No. 137 has a black sill; the No. 118 has a red one.

These coaches are too heavy at least 25 g.

The handrails are not mounted.

Both bogies are equipped with generators, located on the same side of the coach.

The roof can be dismantled very easily, revealing a decorated interior: orange-beige floor, dark blue-green seats, no headrests. The corridor wall is transparent. The compartment walls are of the same colour as the floor.

The cross members under the roof pass inadvertently in the middle of the compartments, which will pose some difficulty for lighting.
