New 1967.
I had fitted it with inserted handrails, electric cables and flush Plexiglas windows.
As on other Jouef locos, I had installed a pre-uncoupling coupling
shamefully copied to the Märklin system, taking advantage of the fact
that the hooks were not equipped with loops. 
Working. Is losing its panoramic windows. Rubber tyres replaced.
Below, another copy in original condition (with two broken secondary suspensions), recently offered by a friend. Working, with original box in good condition.
