Triumph TR3 1956
Model painted (white on the website, delivered in bordeaux). Headlights and rear lights not inserted, only painted. Completely failed, with the headlights not prominent enough and especially the ugly grille cast with the bumper (60s Norev style!), and whose shape has nothing to do with the original. Beside that, the misplaced indicators, the windscreen too vertical and the door handles that will appear only on the TR3A are peccadilloes. The TR2 already shows the same form of grille (but without a flush grid), then the TR3A and B will have an enlarged grille including the position lights. So where did they go and find this ineptness?
Here is a comparison between the grilles. From left to right, TR2, TR3, TR3A.
The Triumph TR3 was produced from 1955 to 1962.
Features (1955 model): four-cylinder in-line engine, 1991 cm³, 66 kW (90 hp). Tyres 5.90 - 15. Top speed 170 km/h.
