Comments
Two copies. Globally successful, except the shape
of the front wings above the headlights, which is sloping and rounded,
while it should be almost straight. Comparative photo.
The grille, fully metallized, is much too bright.
Its bottom should be blackened.
I’m waiting for estate and pick-up versions…
History
The 404 was produced from 1962 to 1975.
Features (1962 model): four cylinder in-line engine, 1618 cm³, 53 kW (72 hp) SAE. Tyres 165 × 380. Top speed 142 km/h.
