Brekina 34601
OM Lupetto flatbed
Unpainted model. Headlights, rear lights, indicators and wipers painted. Specific mirrors provided (not silver); they have a well adjusted post which does not necessarily require gluing. The axles are mounted with a clearance much lower than usual, which will avoid shortening the axles. The windscreen is well recessed.
The box is Wiking type, and the holding device does not avoid the risk of damaging the mirrors.
The tarpaulin is removable, as well as the tray, which is not glued to the chassis.
Mirrors silvered and mounted.
The OM Lupetto was built from 1958 to 1972. It had a gross weight of 5 tonnes and a 4.6 l, 92 hp engine.
It were also sold in France under the UNIC brand. See Traveler Dave’s photos.
