Unpainted model. Olive green colour. Windscreen and rear window flush. Fine silver lines at the bottom of the body and around the windows (except doors). Pretty rims. Proportionate tyres. Transparent headlights inserted, but dark. Indicators and rear lights painted. Silkscreened grille. Ivory interior, black steering wheel on the right. Globally successful model.

Wiking presents this model as “Minor”. This name disappeared in summer 1962. Before that date, the colours were blue (Clipper Blue), red (Cherry Red) and white (Old English White).

History

The Morris Mini (also called Austin Seven, Austin Mini) was produced from 1959 to 2000 by British Motor Corporation (BMC). The production of this model (Mark I) is from 1959 to 1967.

Features (1967 model): four-cylinder in-line engine, 848 cm³, 25.3 kW DIN (34.5 hp). Tyres 5.20-10. Top speed 115 km/h.
