Accurate and to scale model, except for the slightly too big wheels. The metallic paint has fine metallic particles, even if they are visible up close.
The headlights are inserted and have a silver background: this is good! The other lights: long-range, indicators, etc. are painted. There is a mirror on each side, but without silvering. A touch of Molotov Liquid Chrome will remedy this. The roof rack bars could have been thinner.
The wipers are moulded with the windscreen and painted black.
The body and chassis are held together by a cylindrical pin at the front and
a sliding flat pin showing the number plate at the rear. The front and rear bumpers are removable.

The interior is beige. The dashboard and steering wheel are dark grey. The door linings are not shown.

The Matra-Simca Rancho was produced from 1973 to 1984.
Specifications (1978 model): front wheel drive, in-line 4-cylinder engine, 1442 cm3, 57.2 kW (77 hp) DIN. Tyres 185/70 SR 14. Maximum speed 145 km/h.
